Best Chief Minister in India, 13th November, 2021: Ormax Media’s Chief Minister’s rating for the month of October has Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan as the Best Chief Minister in India.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister is 2nd best Chief Minister in India. Yogi Adityanath who will be facing his reelection in 3-4 months from now is at 3rd position. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik share the 3rd position with UP CM Yogi Adityanath.

Top 10 Chief Ministers in India

1. Pinarayi Vijayan: 66% up 7%

Kerala CM Pinjarayi Vijayan was in 3rd position in the list of Best Chief Ministers in India for September. Last month his rating was 59%and this month he gained 7% in his popularity rating and also gained in his overall ranking.

1. MK Stalin, 64% down 2%

In May, MK Stalin shared 2nd position with Odisha CM. Last month he was the Best CM Minister in India but this month he has slipped to 2nd position once again. His rating stands at 64%

His overall popularity rating saw 2% decline.

3. Yogi Adityanath, 60%, down 1%

Yogi Adityanath who will be facing re-election next year saw decline in his ranking. He was 2nd Best CM in last month’s CM’s rating. This month he is at No. 3 along with West Bengal and Odisha Chief Minister. His overall popularity saw a 1% decline that is from 61% to 60%

Yogi Adityanath has assets worth Rs 70 lakhs

3. Naveen Patnaik, 60%, up 3%

Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik improved his ranking this month. He was in 4th position in September’s rating. This month he shares 3rd position with UP CM Yogi Adityanath.

His rating saw a jump of 3%

Naveen Patnaik has an asset worth Rs 64.98 crores.

3. Mamata Banerjee, 60%, down 1% 

Mamata Banerjee has been elected as Chief Minister of Bengal for the 3rd consecutive time. Despite 10 years of anti incumbency, TMC won more than 200 seats in Bengal.

Her ranking saw a decline this month. From being the 2nd best CM in last month’s rating, she is now in 3rd positon along with UP CM and Odisha CM.

This month her rating saw 1% decline.

4. Himanta Biswa Sarma, 59% No Change

After taking over as Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma has made his entry in the Best Chief Minister in India list. He was rated as 3rd Best Chief Minister in India in May. Last month he was in 3rd position and this month despite no change in his popularity rating, he has dropped to 4th position in overall ranking.

5. Arvind Kejriwal, 59%, up 3%

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal  approval rating was 51% in September but in October month he has gained 3% in his approval rating.

This month he is at 5th position with 59% approval rating.

5. Jai Ram Thakur, 59%, up 4%

Himachal Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur shares 5th position with Delhi CM. His rating saw a rise of 4% this month. 

6. Shivraj Chouhan, 52%, down 2%

Shivraj Singh Chouhan who was shared the No 1 spot with UP CM as Best CM in India  in January lost his top spot last April.

For the month of October he has been able to maintain his ranking but his popularity rating saw a 2% decline.

6. Pramod Sawant, Rating 52%, up 1% 

Goa Chief Minister made his entry in the list of Top 10 Chief Ministers in India in January when he was ranked 7th along with Telangana and Karnataka Chief Ministers. In May after losing 7% in his popularity rating he was rated as 10th Best Chief Minister in India.

Last month he was in 7th spot and this month he has been able to maintain his ranking. However, his approval rating saw 1% increase that is from 51% tp 52%.

7.Uddhav Thackeray, 49%, up 1%

Uddhav Thackeray was ranked 5th in April month’s survey report but in May he lost his ranking and has moved to 8th spot. Last month he was at 9th spot.

This month he with 49% rating he is as 7th position.

7. Bhupendra Patel: 49% , up 4%,

Gujarat’s Chief Minister shares 7th position with Maharashtra Chief Minister.

His popularity rating saw a 4% increase as compared to that of last month’s rating.

8. Y S Jagan Reddy, 47%, down 3%,

Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan lost a total 3% in his rating this month. He was at 8th position for the month of September. For October he has been able to maintain his rating but lost his popularity rating.

9. Ashok Gehlot, 44%, up 8%

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is rated as 9th Best Chief Minister in India for the month of October. His popularity rating saw an increase of massive 8%.

10. Nitish Kumar, 42%, up 2%

Bihar Chief Minister Nitisk Kumar who was continuously losing his popularity, has made his entry among the Top 10 CMs. He popularity rating is up by 2% and this month he is in 10th spot.
